1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Make sure to enter your entire international address in English characters. Don't forget the Postal Code!

2. How much does shipping cost?

It really depends on what/how much you order. The more you buy, the higher the shipping. Shipping ranges anywhere between $5 and more.

3. Where is my package? The tracking information hasn't updated in a long time. 

We only see the same tracking information as you. International orders take much longer for shipping and processing. If the tracking information hasn't updated recently, it is more than likely still making its way there. Once it arrives at that next destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will update. If it has been over 8 weeks since it has been updated, let us know and we can try shipping your order again at no additional cost to you. 

Standard Shipping is provided at a lower cost for orders that qualify, however tracking information for these shipments will be very limited. In most cases the tracking status will only update upon arrival in the destination country or upon delivery.

DHL Express Shipping is provided at a higher cost, but it is faster and provides much more detailed tracking information.

4. I paid for shipping on my order, but then the package arrived and I had to pay to receive it.

Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
